Robert Hicks Insurance Services Inc. celebrated its 10 year anniversary on January 1, 2009 in serving California residents.
In 1999, Robert Hicks began working with an independent agency and helped to grow the business to over 60 small and large group clients in three years. In 2002, Robert began his own venture and established Robert Hicks Insurance Services, Inc. He has since grown his business, obtaining clients by his honest approach to selling the client the insurance that would best match their specific needs.
In 2000, Terri Young began working at an independent insurance agency and became the On-site Client Manager, as well as the Client Claims and Enrollment Manager. Terri joined Robert in December of 2002 to become the Sr. Account Executive and Large Group Representative. In 2008, Terri, who had been working in other areas of Robert's business, also obtained her Life and Health Insurance license and now serves the Central Valley and Bay Area.
Today, we have increased our staff to include another Agent, Shirley Villarreal, and a Quoting Specialist/Executive Assistant, Amy Calderon. The staff at Robert Hicks Insurance Services, Inc. continue to instill the important characteristics and education of the Health and Life insurance industry so that the people of the Valley continue to receive the best service possible.
